Our Longanisa is an authentic Filipino Breakfast sausage flavor.
This is the only Beef Jerky flavor we make out of ground beef. It is sweet and we use fresh garlic for that garlic flavor. Our version of Spicy Longanisa, where heat comes from Thai Peppers (Medium to Abovve medium heat). They always say, "You can smell the taste!"
