Jamaican Me Not So Crazy is our version of Jamaican Jerk flavor, without the heat. We make the marinating sauce from scratch.
WE originally came up with the Jamaican Me Crazy flavor (with Habanero peppers), but for everyone to enjoy the flavor, we took out the Habaneros, for some who can't handle heat.
