Lumpiang (Shanghai) - Authentic Filipino Pork Filled Roll Cooking :
Cooking Suggestions:
Using Deep Fryer:
1. Add oil on your deep fryer.
2. Set deep fryer at *375F
3. Once oil temperature is reached, deep fry 10 pcs. for 3 minutes.
4. Cool down and enjoy with the sweet and sour sauce.
Air Fryer:
1. Set your Air fryer to 400*F
2. Spray the Lumpia with cooking spray.
3. Air fry for 10 - 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Turn Lumpia every 5 minutes.
Oven/Baking
1. Set your Oven to 400*F
2. Spray pan with vegetable oir or Canola oil.
3. Line Frozen Lumpia in a pan, spray Lumpia with cookig spray.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until it's fully cooked inside (cut a piece and check the filling if fully cooked, turning the pieces every 5 minutes.
